We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're happy to help you with a return or exchange.


How to Return Your Purchase:


You have 15 days from the date your order is shipped to return your items for a refund. Please note that returns can only be processed for items purchased directly from our website, www.bquxza.com.


To return your item, simply use the USPS return label included in your package. For your convenience, we recommend using the provided shipping label as it includes tracking, ensuring that your return is safely delivered back to us. The $9 cost of the shipping label will be automatically deducted from your refund once your return is processed.


Return Guidelines:


To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

 Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received, including the original packing slip. This helps us quickly and accurately process your return.

 Please ensure that the item is not damaged, altered, or missing any components, such as tags or packaging.


Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process it. After that, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take 13 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.


Sale Items, Gift Cards & Accessories:


 Sale items, gift cards, and accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Please make sure you review these items carefully before completing your purchase.


Refunds & Store Credit:


If your return is accepted, you will receive either a refund or store credit. Store credits never expire and can be used for future purchases on our website.


Returning InStore:


If you prefer to return or exchange your item in person, you can do so at any Clothes Horse location. Simply bring the following:

1. Packing slip with your order details.

2. The merchandise you wish to return or exchange.


Please ensure that your return is made within 15 days of your order shipment date. If you miss the 15day window, we won't be able to accept your return or exchange.
