Operating Hours & Shipping Information:
Bquxza is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and we do not process or ship orders on these days. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
We partner with EMS and UPS for our deliveries, ensuring fast and reliable shipping services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a courtesy email from either EMS or UPS, which will include your tracking number, so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
If there is an issue with your order, one of our team members will contact you directly by phone or email to resolve it. Should you not receive your order within two week of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at sale@bquxza.com, and we will investigate the situation promptly.
Billing Address and Shipping Delays:
To ensure smooth processing and avoid shipping delays, please make sure to enter the correct billing address associated with your credit card during checkout. Incorrect billing information may result in a delay or cancellation of your order. Bquxza cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by errors in billing address details.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Bquxza is NOT responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. We are also unable to issue refunds for delays caused by such circumstances.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
Shipping: For all orders, we ship via EMS and UPS. Delivery times for international shipments typically range from 5 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country. Please note that customs clearance times may vary by country and may affect the delivery timeline.
